WriterDirector.com Film Festival Submission Form
Instructions: Fill out this form online and then PRINT IT and SEND IT with your submission. You may also print it out and fill it in by hand, provided all information is printed legibly. Unreadable entries will be disqualified.
By submitting, you assert that you have read and agree to the Rules and Conditions.
SUBMISSION:
Films and videos must be submitted on 1/2" videocassette (standard speed NTSC VHS only). Works in the process of completion or unfinished works (i.e. interlock or rough-cuts) are not eligible.
Writer-directors may submit more than one work. However, each entry must include a separate entry form and entry fee. Multiple entries may be sent in one package. Entrants may re-submit to later seasonal sessions if their work is not accepted or does not win the session originally submitted to.
Please include with all entries:
- Synopsis of 50 words or less.
- Writer/Director's bio.
- Cast and crew list. If submitting a music video, list name of artist/band as well as name of song on this form.
- VHS (standard speed NTSC).
- Submission form.
- Processing fee (payable in US dollars, check or money order to "WriterDirector.com") To enter more than one film or video, use a separate copy of this form. The processing fee for each film or video is nonrefundable. Submissions will be acknowledged by postal or electronic mail. Videotapes will NOT be returned unless entrant provides a self-stick mailing label and $5.00, or a SASE.
- Publicity stills (up to 5) from the film in JPG or GIF format, approximately 640x480 pixels in size, either included on a floppy disk or a link to the images online where we can download them.
